NDIS Parent Education & Coaching Program for Early Childhood
Inspiring Play draws upon a compassionate, evidence-informed parent education and coaching program designed to support parents of young children (birth to 8 years) who are NDIS participants.

This program is grounded in the understanding that behaviour is communication, and that children do best when they feel safe, understood, and emotionally supported. Rather than focusing on compliance or behaviour charts, Inspiring Play supports parents to build connection, emotional regulation, and confidence in their parenting role.
​
The program is particularly suited to families of children with autism, ADHD, PDA profiles, developmental delay, trauma histories, anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, sensory differences, and complex developmental presentations.
Inspiring Play supports parents to:

Better understand their child’s behaviour through a neurodevelopmental and relational lens

Build emotional regulation skills for both parent and child

Strengthen connection and reduce power struggles at home

Support social communication, joint attention, and play-based independence

Set boundaries with steadiness, compassion and clarity

Increase confidence and capacity in their parenting role

All content is delivered in a neuroaffirming, strengths-based and non-judgemental way, recognising the unique needs of each child and family.
Who is the program for?
This program is suitable for:

Parents and carers of children aged birth to 8 years

Families with NDIS funding under Capacity Building and privately funded families.

Parents seeking neuroaffirming, relationship-based support rather than behaviour-focused interventions
Program Structure

The Inspiring Play Parent Program is delivered over five weeks and includes:

Five pre-recorded online educational sessions (60 minutes each)

Weekly downloadable handouts and reflection resources

Individual parent coaching sessions (60 minutes), offered weekly or fortnightly
-
Individualised goal setting and support tailored to each family

The program is designed to be accessible for busy, fatigued, and neurodivergent parents and is particularly suited to families in rural and remote areas of Australia.

The focus of the program is on building parent knowledge, skills, confidence, and capacity to support their child’s development, emotional wellbeing, and participation in daily life.

This is a parent education and coaching program, not a counselling or therapy service.

5 Week Online Program: $395

1:1 Parenting Session: $120 per 1 hour session, plus 30 min notes

Places in the Inspiring Play Parent Program are strictly limited to ensure each family receives personalised, supportive care.

The program is currently fully booked for Term 1, however a waitlist is available should places become available.
